As we prepare for Saint Patrick’s Day, a live coverage of the St. Patrick’s Day Mass will be held at St. Patrick’s Cathedral in New York as crowds will gather to celebrate and honor St. Patrick, the patron Saint of Ireland. The service will commence at 8:00 A.M., until 9:30 A.M., following the St. Patrick’s Day Parade at 11:00 A.M.

NBC TV in New York will bring live coverage of the parade from New York as the Irish people come to participate in this important event. According to History, Irish would dress in shamrocks, and fly the Irish national flags, representing the colors green, white, and orange. The green harp flag represents the symbol of Dublin, Ireland. St. Patrick converted thousands of Pagan Irish people to become Christians.

On Friday, March 17th, we will stop to pause, ponder, and reflect on the many sacrifices that our patron Saint Patrick has made and for his generosity that he put forth to the people of Ireland.
