Recently an anonymous commenting app was released and its popularity went up very fast. Sarahah is an app where the user makes an account and sends a link to anyone or puts it out for other people to access. Once someone accesses the link they are taken to a page where they can say anything to the person without them knowing who it is. You do not need to make an account to comment on someone else’s page, as long as you have the link to their page you can comment whatever you want.

As the feedback goes, many positive and negative comments have been made. Because the app is anonymous it is a perfect opportunity to tell your crush you like them, or tell someone they’re beautiful, but the app comes with a downside too. Negative comments like “you’re ugly” or “no one likes you” are just two out of the many negative comments that can be made on the app.

Every app comes with its pros and cons but at the end of the day it is up to the user to make the decision of putting themselves up for positive and negative comments.
