This past Saturday the Cowboys took their first loss of the season against the Makua Lani Lions. Makua Lani has historically been more committed to high school soccer and stronger in fundamentals than our boys, but that didn’t stop us from giving them a good challenge. They scored early but our Cowboys were able to hold them at 2 goals making the half time score 2-0. Our boys had a harder time holding the Lions down in the second half. They allowed 3 more goals and were able to score 1 by Shiloh Perez. It was a strong fight and hopefully they can come back from the loss. The Cowboys next match will be on Tuesday (12/19) at Kamehameha.
