Juniors, it is time to register for the College Board SAT test to be administered at Kohala High on August 25, 2018. Deadline for registration in July 27 and is to be completed online at www.sat.org/register. If you are Free and Reduced Lunch, check with Ms. Nietfeld regarding a SAT test fee waiver.

Seniors who have been accepted to UH Hilo, there is a GPS Registration meeting set for you today at 1:00 in Room 19. Lisa Ann Amaral from UH Hilo will be here to assist with your registration of classes. If you have any questions about this meeting, see Ms. Nietfeld

Kohala High would like to thank Mrs. Moani Silva, our BISAC counselor, for being a huge support for students this school year. Mrs. Silva left KHS on Friday, April 27, to work towards gaining her licensure for private practice. Thank you for being a part of the KHS ‘ohana this year!

On behalf of the Kohala Lions Club, we would like to thank the following Leo Club members for attending the Lion’s Club dinner on Tuesday night ath the Adam’s home: MJ Macaspac, Jeremy Barayuga, Mark Sahagun, Joseph Jimenez, and Jashel Jose. We hope you had fun and look forward to seeing you at the next event. Kohala Lions is part of the Lion’s International organization, which is the world’s larest service club organization with 46,000 clubs and 1.4+ million members. The Kohala Lions sponsors and supports our Kohala High School Leo Club.

The Lions will be having their annual Mothers’ Day breakfast, on May 13 from 7:00am to 10:00am at he school cafeteria. We are asking Leo Club members to se Mr. Kealoha or Mrs. Pasco to sign up to help with the breakfast service.
