This week has pretty much been nothing but bland and boring. I notice many people who are not really interested in the holiday season. Usually this time around, people want to get into the Christmas spirit, but for some reason, it just doesn’t feel like it. I don’t see a lot of participation on campus with the holiday activities or spirit week. It just seems like we completely gave up on Christmas and all we want are the gifts and nothing more. The day Winter Break starts, maybe some people will be with their families and friends while others do absolutely nothing, wasting away their winter vacation. A new year is coming soon and I guarantee that the spirit will be back when everybody’s with family on New Year’s Eve, blowing some fireworks and ringing in 2019. Hope everyone has a great Winter Break, students get a little more festive next year because one day, you’re going to miss it. I know I will.
