Christmas Caroling Recap

Christmas Caroling Recap

This past Wednesday the Kohala Hospital got a dose of Christmas cheer. A group of about twelve students from the Kohala Student Credit Union came and sang a few well known Christmas carols to the hospital patients. This is an annual event for the SCU and they come every year around Christmas time. Even without music, the students sang loudly and filled the hospital with song. They were able to sing in the Day Room as well as in the hallways where other patients could hear them. The patient’s faces lit up when the students sang and they heartily enjoyed the performance. The patients loved the performance and were very appreciative of the Christmas cheer.

For more information on the various Student Credit Union activities see any student teller or come to the business classroom at lunch. This Saturday the SCU will be helping at the Toys for Tots even at the park and they would be grateful for any volunteers.
