Cowboys Defeat the Trojans

Cowboys happy after their win!

Yesterday March 26, 2014 the Cowboys hosted Ka’u Trojans.  Head coach Pono Nakamura was unable to come to the game because he was feeling a bit under the weather.  Although the boys won 9-2, they felt that it wasn’t good enough.  The Cowboys were expecting a blow out by the fourth inning.  But the Trojans didn’t allow that to happen.

Chance Pang, Kealen Figueroa and senior Troy Castillo earned two hits apiece to help the Cowboys by pass Ka’u and even their record at 2-2.

Kealan, and Chance both drove in two runs, and William Perez doubled and drove in three runs.  Troy Castillo scored a run and finished with an RBI.

The boys will have to work a lot harder on minimizing those little crucial errors if they want to get that win against teams.
