New Super Smash Brothers!

Since the Nintendo 64, Fighting game fans has always loved the battle royale series, Super Smash Brothers. It was recently confirmed, however, that Nintendo will be coming out with a new Smash Bros Game!

The game was first announced in 2011, during E3, where Nintendo said they wished to create another Smash Brothers game. Later in Feburary, 2012, it was officially confirmed being developed. Trailers of the game were then released at E3, 2013.

Like the previous games, Smash Brothers 4 will contain it’s original characters such as Mario, Link, Kirby, Donkey Kong, Princess Peach, Star Fox, and others.  This game, will also be separating the few characters with aliases, making them into their own characters. Examples would be the ability to transform Princess Zelda into Sheik, Princess Zelda and Sheik will now be two separate characters to play from.

As always, the new Smash Brothers will also be introducing new characters to it’s roster. A new character that have been confirmed and has spited fans excitement is Mega Man. Masahiro Sakurai, producer of the game, has bought the rights of Mega Man from CapCom to use in their upcoming game. Other characters that will be introduced is the pokemon Greninja, filling in for Lucario, Little Mac from the classic Nintendo game, Punch Out, Rosalina, the Princess from Super Mario Galaxy, the Villager from Animal Crossing, and the Wii Fit Trainer.

The Game is set to release in the Fall of 2014. Get ready to “Melee” and “Brawl”!
