Just when you thought drug smuggling couldn’t get any more creative, on January 14th, a truck was seized at the border of Mexico that contained carrots.  These carrots weren’t ordinary carrots though.  In fact, they were not carrots at all.  Instead they were packages wrapped with orange tape to make the outside of it look like an actual carrot.  The packages contained marijuana.  Almost 3,000 of them mixed with real carrots to give it that illusion.  The packages costed nearly half a million win total with it coming to $499,000.  The case is further going under investigation of the Department of Homeland Security.
